III-Infrastructure conditions– equipments and facilities:
In the premises area of 1,000 m2 with 25 classrooms used for theory and practice, practical lab for foreign languages and computer classes. Industrial Electricity – Mechanical – Industrial Garment. There are 30 lecturers who directly teach in the center. Besides, the Center also coordinates to National University – University of Natural Science – University of Technology – University of Economics – Hanoi Enterprise Management Institute – University of Humanity and Social Science – Ho Chi Minh Private University of Technology & Technique – University of Vocational Pedagogy, Central College of Statistics II, etc. in order to supplement teaching team and coordinate in organizing practices on the modern facilities – advanced technology.
IV-Training capability:
The training scale is from 600 to 800 trainees per year. Training is up to the demand of society, the developing orientation that the enterprises of the industrial park in-border and out-border of the province for which are investing and demanding on labor recruitment.
V-Prediction in the time forthcoming:
Organizing to train from 800 to 1,200 trainees per year, expanding the training profession/ field and scope; expanding the joint-vocational training with the high school, college, university in and out of the province.
Expanding the premises area and upgrading the training activities at the center.
Coordinate with the trading and manufacturing units, the enterprises to organize production service to create condition to the trainee in accessing the practicing facilities and earning income.
Job recommendation: strive to recommend from 2,000 to 3,000 labors annually with the stable work in the industrial parks, the enterprises in and out of the province, combining with recommend the labor to work overseas.
Furthermore, the center also gives priority for the families that supported by the government, the demobilized soldiers and the trainees who are learning at the job recommendation and vocational training center now.
Function & obligation:
1.Organize for vocational teaching, career fostering, training and transferring the advanced technology progress to the youth, laborer and the social subjects, cooperate for long-term training.
2.Consulting the young labor and employer in following fields:
§ Policies, regulations and standards, etc. on labor, employment and on the labor law
§ Providing vocational guidance, support the youth and labor to have the condition to select the work suitable for the qualification, capability, specialty, forte and personal expectation; help the young labor to secure the job or sign the labor contract, vocational training contract, etc.
3.Job recommendation and labor supplement:
§ Organize for the young labor to register for employment searching and vocational training and contact to the people who need to use the labor for recommendation or supplement.
§ Organize the selection of labor to provide to employer, organization and individual domestically or overseas, which are operating legally in the territory of Vietnam.
§ Arrange for the labor selection in order to supply for corporations, enterprises who are allowed to bring the labor to work or train with time-limit overseas
4.Information on labor market:
§ Provide the information on labor market to the employees, employers who are Vietnamese or Foreigners operating legally in Vietnam. Advise and suggest the information related to the supplement of employment, young labor, vocational teaching … to the Youth Union, Youth Association if required.
§ Perform some other tasks when there are requirements from Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs or Dong Nai People’s Committee on investigation, classification of labor & career, labor recruitment and supplement according to the plan of the government on the constructions, major project; receiving and career training free or remission of fee to the subjects belonging to the social policy, build up the outstanding project according to the superior level.
5.Allow organizing production, service to utilize the technical material facilities, combine learning theory with practice, recommending the job at site according to the regulation of the law.
6. Perform activities, technical service, transferring the business & production technology suitable for the training career according to the regulation of the law
7. Coordinate with the economical, educational, cultural, medical, tourism and traffic transportation, science study to combine the vocational training with the employment.
8. Allow collecting fee and training fee according to the regulation of the law.
Build up and manage the team of staff and freelance and the technical material facilities of the center.
